SSE has today published its Annual Report for 2024.
This year’s report, and its sister publication, the Sustainability Report 2024, are intended to give anyone with an interest in SSE a clear picture of the Company’s performance against its financial and non-financial objectives over the past year.
It describes the progress being made in delivery of SSE’s £20.5bn Net Zero Acceleration Programme Plus investment programme which is building world-class renewables assets; helping to balance the energy system with flexible generation plant; and working with communities on critical network reinforcements.
In this way SSE is creating lasting value, not just for shareholders but for the whole of society through the national infrastructure it is providing, the taxes it pays and the quality jobs it is creating.
