Through our Clyde Dumfries and Galloway wind farm we make around £160,000 per year available for community and charitable projects. Over the fund's lifetime we expect to invest £4.3million in local projects.

Project Eligibility

The community fund can support projects which:

  • enhance quality of life for local residents
  • contribute to vibrant, healthy, successful and sustainable communities
  • promote community spirit and encourage community activity

  • Durisdeer
  • Johnstone
  • Kirkonnel and Kelloholm
  • Kirkmichael
  • Kirkpatrick Juxta
  • Moffat and District
  • Closeburn
  • Royal Burgh of Sanquhar and District
  • Thornhill
  • Wamphray
  • Wanlockhead
